Amazon Prime Day Is Imminent — Get Ready to Shop

Amazon Prime Day runs from June 23-26, and for that reason, we'll be in your inbox earlier on Tuesday next week to give you a rundown of the deals you'll want to score ASAP. If there are two things I've learned as a runner, it's the importance of having customized orthotics for your sneakers and the value of strength training. I've been holding it in between strength sets to delay fatigue and give myself the boost I need to push for more reps or a higher weight. Science has proven that it's also beneficial for runners, who boosted their speed and power after a session.
